Education and Outreach

Tipu Tipu Research and Sustainability supports and engages communities through volunteer events and interpretive community engagement including field trips for schools, corporate and private groups to our restoration site, hosting special events, appearances at local events, and through presentations to school groups.

Watershed Education

Tipu Tipu Restoration and Sustainability provides watershed education in various outreach events, school presentations and to corporate, country and state decision makers. These outreach events are presented by one of our field or marine biologists.

We offer educational presentations about what is a healthy watershed, how human impacts have affected watersheds, the impact sedimentation has on the ocean and our coral reefs, and provide solutions and proven examples of watershed restoration.

We offer our educational program and volunteer field trips for school groups. If you are a school organization, contact us for more information.

Educational Materials

Tipu Tipu Restoration and Sustainability is publishing 3 books for schools and libraries. These books are on watershed health, issues, and solutions.

Contact us if you would like to donate to support any of our educational events.
